1. Processing and shipping times

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after payment validation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Estimated delivery times

• Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 working days.

• European Union : 5 to 7 working days.

• International : 7 to 14 working days.

3. Delivery methods

We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

• Colissimo (standard) : Home delivery or delivery to a relay point.

• Chronopost (express) : Fast delivery for urgent orders.

4. Delivery costs

• Metropolitan France : From €5.90 (free for orders over €80).

• European Union : From €9.90.

• International : Fees vary depending on destination.

Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their packaging intact.

2. Return process

1. Contact us : Send an email to contact@aupetitbeldi.fr to report your return request. Indicate your order number and the product concerned.

2. Prepare your package : Place the items in their original packaging.

3. Ship the package : Return the products to the following address:

3. Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

• We recommend using a service with a tracking number to avoid any problems.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.

• The refund will be made within 7 working days after receipt of the package, via the same payment method used during the purchase.

5. Exchanges

• If you would like an exchange, please let us know by email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
